Proof of Treatment
Wow. How do we handle this? Guess we'll just give the facts like Sgt. Friday did on 'Dragnet.' Is anyone out there old enough to remember that old TV crime show and him saying, "Just the facts, ma'am, just the facts." It was a very famous line back in 'the day.'
Fact: some parents are claiming we treated or checked their children when 'in fact' we DIDN'T. We're flattered that we're being used as a benchmark for excellent lice removal, but we are concerned about these misrepresentations. Our reputation is on the line.
We do not like the idea that a few parents are trying to get their children back in school by claiming we have removed all lice and nits on their child when we didn't.
For that reason, we keep records of people we have treated and give each one of them either a Certificate of Head Lice Check or a Certificate of Head Lice Treatment.
If a person does not have a certification slip, we did not treat that person.
Who we treat is confidential and we do not share that information with anyone. If you wonder if someone has been treated, please ask to see their certificate. It will have the picture of Little Lice-free kids similar to those you see on our website and as below.
