Lice in the News!
Even a bug gets that 15 minutes of fame!
While researching for this site we discovered that news stories & articles about lice are much more numerous than we ever would have thought. We decided to put samples here when we run across them.
The LINKS page has the core info. The articles on this page relate to how lice impacts our society.
We'd especially like to find articles detailing how much money schools lose annually due to lice-related student absences. As you know, schools get paid a certain number of dollars per child-attendance day, so each absence means less money for the school.
